DECREE NO 6,989, DE October 23, 2009.

Disposes on the creation of the Consulate-General from Brazil in Istanbul, in the Republic of Turkey.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 27, inciso XIX, and 50 of Law No. 10,683 of May 28, 2003, and at art. 49 of Annex I to Decree No 5,979 of December 6, 2006,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is created the Consulate-General of Brazil in Istanbul, in the Republic of Turkey.

Art. 2nd It is included the constant locality of the art. 1st of this Decree in the Table of Conversion Factors of Indenization of Representation Information in the Exterior, the one referred to as art. 11 of the Decree no 71,733, January 18, 1973, with the Conversion Factor 13.

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
