DECREE NO 5,439, DE May 3, 2005

It gives new essay to the arts. 2º and 4º of Decree No 3,945 of September 28, 2001.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The arts. 2º and 4º of Decree No 3,945 of September 28, 2001, pass vigorously with the following essay:

" Art. 2º The Board of Management of Genetic Heritage is made up of a representative and two alternates of the following organs and entities of the Federal Public Administration, who hold competence over the subject matter of the Provisional Measure in the 2.186-16, of 2001:

" Art. 4º The Plenum of the Management Board shall meet with the presence of at least ten Councillors, and their deliberations shall be taken by the absolute majority of the votes of the Councillors present.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
