DECREE OF January 4, 2000.

Declares of social interest, for the purposes of land reform, the rural real estate named?Farm Between Rivers?, situated in the Municipality of Ponta Porã, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84 inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, and 2º of Supplementary Law No. 76 of July 6, 1993,

Decreta:

Art. 1º It is declared of social interest, for the purposes of land reform, where the terms of the arts. 18, letters ?a?, ?b?, ?c? and ?d?,and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the rural real estate named?Farm Between Rivers?, with area of a thousand, three hundred and thirty-nine hectares, eighty and seven ares and eighty-four centiars, situated in the Municipality of Ponta Porã, object of Matriculation No 32,255, Ficha 01, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarca of Ponta Poran, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, machinery and agricultural implements as well as the existing benefits in the real estate referred to in the preceding article and belonging to those who will be benefaced with their intended purpose.

Art. 3º The National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is authorized to promote the dispossession of the rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in Supplementary Law No. 76 of July 6 de1993, and to maintain the Legal Reservation area provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965 preferentially in single gleba in order to reconcile the settlement with preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
