DECREE NO 7,410, DE December 29, 2010.

Altera the Decrees n^os 6,521, July 30, 2008, 6,359, January 18, 2008, 6,280, December 3, 2007, 6,191, August 20, 2007, 5,743, April 4, 2006, April 4, 2006, and 5,551, from September 26, 2005, to extend, in character exceptional, the term of remittance of the posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superior-DAS.

Art. 1^o The art. 1^o of Decree n^o 6,521, of July 30, 2008, passes vigorously with the following essay:

Art. 5^o The art. 1^o of Decree n^o 5,743, of April 4, 2006, passes vigorously with the following essay:

?Art. 1^o Ficam remanded, until December 31, 2011, four posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Advisor Superiors-DAS 102.4, of the Management Office of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management for the Ministry of Sport.

§ 1^o Of the posts in commission that treats caput, one will be allocated at the headquarters of the Ministry of Sport and three will be allocated at its Representation in the city of Rio de Janeiro, intended for the performance of activities related to the special actions of that Ministry in the management of major national and international sporting events.

§ 1^o The posts in commission object of this redeployment will be allocated to the performance of activities related to the special actions of the Ministry of Sport in the management of major national and international sports events and will not integrate the structure of the Ministry, and must appear from the act of nomination its character of transient, upon remission to the caput of this article.
