I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 303, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION De RADIO COMMUNITY RADIO-PI to run community broadcasting service in the city of Queimada Nova, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 773 of October 24, 2006, which outorga authorization to the New-PI Queimed Community Radio Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Queimada Nova, State of the Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
