DECREE OF October 13, 2005

Authorizes capital integralization social in the Brazilian Company of Hemoderivatives and Biotechnology-HEMOBRÁS.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, using the assignment that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Law n o 10,972 of December 2, 2004,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The constitution of the initial estate of the Brazilian Company of Hemoderivatives and Biotechnology-HEMOBRÁS, under the art terms is authorized. 4 that of Law n o 10,972 of December 2, 2004, upon completion of capital by the Union, in the amount up to R$ 6,640,000.00 (six million, six hundred and forty thousand real), laid down in the General Budget of the Union, approved under the Law n o 11,148, of July 26, 2005.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
