I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Edison Lobão, President of the Federal Senate, Interino, in the terms of the art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 260, DE 2001

Approves the act that outorship permission to MR BROADCASTING LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Codó, State of the Maranhão.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 274 of December 4, 1998, which outorship permission to MR Broadcasting Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Codó, State of the Maranhão.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
