I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the SENATE FEDERAL, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 267, DE 2000 (*)

Approves the text of the Cooperation Agreement Cultural between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe, concluded in Brasilia on September 16, 1999.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of the Agreement for Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe concluded in Brasilia on September 16, 1999 is hereby approved.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Agreement, as well as any further adjustments that, in the terms of the art. 49, I, of the Federal Constitution, entail burdens or engraved commitments to national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
