I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 466, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the NABLE-CHICA BROADCASTING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION to run community broadcasting service in the city of Baependi, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Portaria No. 49 of January 17, 2002, which authorizes the Native-Chica Community Association of Broadcasting to be executed, for ten years without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city, is hereby approved. of Baependi, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
