Key Benefits:
DECREE NO 7,015, DE November 24, 2009.
Disposes about the remanding of posts in Superior Group's Committee on Direction and Superior-DAS and amend Annex II to the Decree No 5,063 of May 3, 2004 approving the Regimental Framework and the Demonstrative Framework of the Cargos in Commission and the Graduate Functions of the Ministry Work and Employment, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, point?a?, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 50 of Law No 10,683 of May 28, 2003,
DECRETA:
Art. 1st Ficam remanded, in the form of Annex I to this Decree, the following posts in Superior Group commission and Superior-DAS:
I-from the Ministry of Labour and Employment to the Office of Management, Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, three DAS 101.2 and five DAS 101.1 ; and
II-from the Office of Management of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, to the Ministry of Work and Employment, three DAS 102.2 and five DAS 102.1.
Art. 2nd Annex II to the Decree No 5,063 of May 3, 2004, passes in the form of Annex II to this Decree.
Art. 3rd This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
Art. 4th Stay revoked the art. 4th and Annex I to Decree No 6,341 of January 3, 2008.
