DECREE NO 5,419 OF April 13, 2005

Altera device of Decree No. 3,564, of August 17, 2000, which has on the structure and operation of the Civil Aviation Council-CONAC and gives other arrangements.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the office of President of the Republic, using the attribution that confers you art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The art. 3º of Decree No 3,564 of August 17, 2000, passes vigorously with the following essay:

" Art. 3º Are members of the Council:

I-the Minister of State for Defence ;

II-the Minister of State for Relations Exteriors ;

III-the Minister of State of the Farm ;

IV-the Minister of State for Development, Industry and Exterior Trade ;

V-the Minister of State for Tourism ;

VI-the Head of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic ; and

VII-the Commander of Aeronautics.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
