I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 564, DE 2003

Approves the act renewing the concession outored to the GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF HABA? RADIO BROADCASTING via the Radio Tabajara to explore medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of September 19, 2001, which renews for ten years, as of February 19, 1996, the concession given to the Government of the State of Paraíba? Oversight of Broadcasting via Radio Tabajara to explore, with no right of exclusivity, medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of João Pessoa, State of Paraíba.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
