I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Tion Viana, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Federal, in the exercise of the Presidency, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 205, DE 2005

Approves the act that outorship permission to CARDOSO & FERNANDES LTDA. to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Colorado from the West, Rondônia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 732 of May 10, 2002, which outored permission to Cardoso & Fernandes Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Colorado from the West, State of Rondônia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
