DECREE NO 7,031, DE December 14, 2009.

Extend by June 29, 2010 the deadline to which refers to the art caput. First of Law No 12,096 of November 24, 2009 authorizing the granting of economic grant to the National Bank for Economic Development and Social-BNDES in financing operations aimed at the acquisition and production of capital goods and the technology innovation

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of § 5th Art. First of Law No 12,096 of November 24, 2009,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is extended to June 29, 2010 the deadline for it to treat the art caput. 1st of Law No 12,096 of November 24, 2009.

Art. 2nd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
