I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 407, DE 2006

Approves the text of Decision No. 18/05, of the Mercosur Common Market Council, which has on the Integration and Health of the Fund for the Structural Convergence and Institutional Strengthening of Mercosur-FOCEM, celebrated in Asuncion, on June 19, 2005.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of Decision No 18/05, of the Mercosur Common Market Council, which has on the Integration and Health of the Fund for the Structural Convergence and Institutional Strengthening of Mercosur-FOCEM, concluded in Asuncion, is hereby approved. on June 19, 2005.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Decision, as well as any further adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
