I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 340, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorates grant to kyno films film productions ltda. to explore medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Araguatins, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / # of April 15, 2002, which outorship grant to Kyin Films Films Productions Ltda. to explore, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Araguatins, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
