DECREE NO 8,397, DE February 4, 2015

Distribui the effective Marine Officers in peacetime for 2015.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer you the art. 84, caput, incisos IV and VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the art. 12 of Law No 9,519 of November 26, 1997,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Effective of the Marine Corps Officer Corps Officers in peacetime, for 2015, will observe the provisions of the Effective Distribution Table in the form of the Attachment. § 1º The Effective Distribution Table to which the caput refers will serve as the basis for the application of the proportions set out in art. 61 of Law No. 6,880 of December 9, 1980 and for the consequential compulsory quota calculation. § 2º The Navy Commander will edit the complementary acts necessary for the execution of this Decree.

Art. 2º It is delegated jurisdiction to the Navy Commander to change by up to twenty percent the distribution of the Officer's effectiveness of which it treats the Annex, observed the limits set in law.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Art. 4º It shall be repealed Decree No 8,208 of March 21, 2014.
