I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 752, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship permission to the COMMUNICATION TOWER SYSTEM LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Santa Rita D' West, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 283 of May 31, 2007, which outorship permission to the System Tower of Communication Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Santa Rita D' West, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
