I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, GERALDO MELO, FIRST VICE PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the exercise of the Presidential Office, in the terms of the art. 48, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

Legislative Decree No. 73, of 2000.

Approves the act that renews the concession dewound to?Tropical AM Radio Ltda.? to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Luziania, State of Goiás.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

Decreta:

Art. 1º Is the act referred to in Decree s / No, of May 16, 1996, which renews for ten years, from 1º May 1992, the concession given to?Tropical AM Radio Ltda.? to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Luziania, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
