I make it know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Senate Federal, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 225, DE 2008 (*)

Approves the text of the Supplemental Adjustment to the Agreement for Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Argentine Republic, in the Military Technology Area, celebrated in the city of Puerto Iguazú, on November 30, 2005.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of the Supplemental Adjustment to the Agreement for Scientific Cooperation Stay approved and Technological between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Argentine Republic, in the Military Technology Area, celebrated in the city of Puerto Iguazú, on November 30, 2005.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the aforementioned Supplemental Adjustment, as well as any supplementary adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art caput. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publishing
