Disposes about the creation of the Reservation Biological Good Jesus, in the Municipalities of Antonina, Guaraqueçaba and Paranaguá, State of Paraná.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, in view of the willing in the arts. 10 and 22 of Law No. 9,985 of July 18, 2000, regulated by Decree No. 4,340 of August 22, 2002, and what is stated in Case 02070.001381 /2009-92,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1 ° It is created the Good Jesus Biological Reserve, with total area of 34,179 ha, in the Municipalities of Antonina, Guaraqueçaba and Paranagua State, State of Paraná, composed of two areas, with the following limits described:

Art. 3 ° The buffer zone of the Good Jesus Biological Reserve, when established, shall be circumscribed to the limits of the Environmental Protection Area of Guaraqueçaba, set up by Decree No 90,883 of 01/31/1985, guaranteed navigation in the areas of the said zone overlapsed to the Paranaguá Basin.

Single Paragraph. They are permitted in the buffer zone of the Good Biological Reserve Jesus mineral activities authorized by the National Department of Mineral Production and licensed by the competent environmental organ, observed the provisions of the Manejo Plans of the Biological Reservation Good Jesus and the Environmental Protection Area of Guaraqueçaba, when there is.

Art. 4 ° The Good Biological Reserve Jesus will be administered by the Chico Mendes Institute for Conservation of Biodiversity, which should adopt the necessary measures for its effective protection, deployment and control.

Art. 5 / Ficam declared of public utility, for the purposes of dispropriation by the Chico Mendes Institute for Conservation of Biodiversity, the existing rural real estate within the limits described in art. 1 °, in the terms of art. 5 °, point "k", and art. 6 ° of Decree-Law No. 3,365 of June 21, 1941.

Art. 6 ° This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
