I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 396, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the LIBYAN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION ALMEIDA to run community broadcasting service in the city of Mata Roma, State of the Maranhão.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 161 of February 19, 2002 authorising the Libyan Libyan Association Almeida to perform, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the town of Mata Roma, State of the Maranhão.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
