DECREE OF December 15, 2006.

Abre to the Social Security Budget of the Union, in favor of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, supplemental credit worth R$ 5,100,000.00, for endowment of constant endowment of the current Budget Law.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorisation contained in art. 4th, inciso VI, point?a?, of the Law No 11,306 of May 16, 2006,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Stay open to the Budget of the Union Social Security (Law No 11,306, May 16 of 2006), in favor of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, supplementary credit worth R$ 5,100,000.00 (five million and one hundred thousand reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2nd The resources required for opening the credit that it treats art. 1st result of partial cancellation of budget allocation, as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
