I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 287, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY CULTURAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LIVING VOICE to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Várzea da Roça, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 502 of August 23, 2000 authorizing the Cultural Community Association Living Voice to perform, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Várzea da Roça, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
