LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 82, DE 2007 (*)

Approves the act authorizing the BARREIRENSE ASSOCIATION OF CULTURE AND SOCIAL COMMUNICATION to perform community broadcasting service in the city of New Barreiro, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 36 of February 8, 2006 authorising the Barreirense Association of Culture and Social Communication to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of New Barreiro, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
