DECREE NO 3,552, DE August 4, 2000.

Disposes on the addition of ethyl alcohol anhydrous fuel at petrol.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 9º of Law No. 8,723 of October 28, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º As of August 20, 2000, it will be twenty per cent the mandatory percentage of addition of ethyl alcohol anhydrous fuel to petrol.

Single Paragraph. By August 19, 2000, it will remain in twenty-four per cent the mandatory percentage of addition of ethyl alcohol anhydrous fuel to gasoline.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Art. 3º It is redriven Decree No 2,607 of May 28, 1998.
