DECREE OF November 11, 2009.

Recognization as of Government interest Brazilian the foreign participation in the capital of financial institution to be constituted by the Accion Gateway Fund LLC, limited company based in the United States.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 52, single paragraph, of the Act of Transitional Constitutional Provisions,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is in the interest of the Brazilian Government to foreign participation, until ninety-nine per cent, in the social capital of financial institution to be constituted by Accion Gateway Fund LLC, limited company based in the United States.

Art. 2nd The Central Bank of Brazil will adopt the necessary arrangements for the execution of the provisions in this Decree.

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
