I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 170, DE 2014

Approves the act that outorship permission to the INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF RADIOCOMMUNICATION LTDA. -SIR to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of São José da Bela Vista, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 389 of June 18, 2009, which outorship permission to the Integrated Radiocommunication System Ltda. -SIR to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of São José da Bela Vista, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
