Abre to Fiscal Budgets and Security Union Social, in favor of Federal Justice and the Ministries of Education, Social Security, Health, Transport, Environment and Cities, supplementary credit in the global value of R$ 191,265,259.00, for the reinforcement of constant appropriations of the prevailing Budget Law.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, in view of the authorisation contained in art. 4^o, incisos I, point?a?, and III, points?c? e?d?, of Law n^o 11,647 of March 24, 2008, combined with § 1^o of art. 60 of Law n^o 11,514, of August 13, 2007,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is open to the Fiscal Budgets and Social Security of the Union (Law n^o 11,647, March 24, 2008), in favor of Federal Justice and the Ministries of Education, Social Security, Health, Transport, Environment and Cities, supplemental credit in the global value of R$ 191,265,259.00 per cent (cent and ninety and one million, two hundred and sixty-five thousand, two hundred and fifty-nine real ones), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2^o The resources required to open the credit that it treats art. 1^the stem from:

I-excess collection of Ordinary Resources, worth R$ 160,035,854.00 percent (percent and sixty million, thirty-five thousand, eight hundred and fifty-four reais) ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget appropriations, worth R$ 31,229,405.00 (thirty-one million, two hundred and twenty-nine thousand, four hundred and five reais), as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
