DECREE NO 3,630, DE October 13, 2000.

Excludes from art. 2º of Decree No. 3,592 of September 6, 2000 establishing the summer time, in part of the National Territory, the states it mentions.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 1º, inciso I, point?b?, of Decree-Law No. 4,295 of May 13, 1942,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Stay excluded from art. 2º of Decree No 3,592 of September 6, 2000, the States of Pernambuco and Roraima.

Art. 2º This Decree comes into force at zero hour of the October 15, 2000.
