The PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC, in the use of the role that gives the art. 84, section IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. First, item (I), (a)? b?, of Decree-Law No. 4295, 13 May 1942, DECREES: Art. 1 Are excluded from the art. 2 of Decree No. 3592, September 6 2000, the States of Pernambuco and Roraima.
Art. 2 this Decree shall enter into force the zero time of day October 15 2000.
