I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 295, DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION CULTURAL OF THREE BORDERS?ACTF? to run community broadcasting service in the city of Three Borders, State of São Paulo.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS DECREES:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act as referred to in Portaria No. 381 of July 31, 2000 authorizing the Three Border Cultural Association?ACTF? to perform, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Three Frontier, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Decree Legislative shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
