LEI No. 12,010, DE August 3, 2009 (*)

It has on adoption ; it amends the Laws 8,069, of July 13, 1990-Status of the Child and the Adolescent, 8,560, of December 29, 1992 ; repeal devices of Law No. 10,406 of January 10, 2002-Civil Code, and of the Consolidation of Labor Laws-CLT, approved by Decree-Law No. 5,452, from 1º May 1943 ; and gives other arrangements.
