I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 158, DE 2006

Approves the act that authorizes the association COMMUNITY OF ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL BROADCASTING OF ARE GONÇALO DO SAPUCAÍ to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Saint Gonçalo of the Sapucaí, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 385 of August 12, 2005 authorising the Community Association of Artistic and Cultural Broadcasting of the Sapucaí Sapucaí to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Saint Gonçalo of the Sapucaí, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
