I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 284, DE 2005

Approves the act that outorship concession to GUANHANENSE COMMUNICATION AGENCY LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Guanhans, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of August 28, 2002, which outorship concession to the Guanhanense Agency of Communication Ltda, is hereby approved. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Guanhans, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
