I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 108, DE 2015

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, INFORMATIONAL, ARTISTIC PLENITUDE OF UBERLAND to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Uberland, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 419 of September 4, 2006, which outored authorization to the Community Association, Educational, Cultural, Informative, Artistic Plenitude of Uberland to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right to uniqueness, community broadcasting service in the city of Uberland, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
