I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 174, DE 2002

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY CULTURAL ASSOCIATION SERIEMA to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Good Water, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 311 of July 5, 2000 authorising the Community Cultural Association Seriema to be executed, for three years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Water Good, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
