DECREE NO 4,611, DE February 27, 2003.

Extend the duration of the remand of the posts it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° It shall be extended, exceptionally, in temporary character, until April 30, 2003, the period of remnation of the posts in Committee of the Group-Direction and Superiors-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG, related in the Annex to this Decree, for the organs referred to there, object of the respective Portaries of the Minister of State for Planning, Budget and Management.

Single Paragraph. The posts and functions of which it treats the extension referred to in the caput shall not integrate the structure of the organs, and shall note of the acts of appointment or designation their character of transitional, upon remission to this article.

Art. 2 ° Fishing the deadline set in art. 1 °, the posts in commission and gratuitous functions referred to therein shall be returned to the Office of Management of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, and shall be deemed exonerated to the holders in them invested.

Art. 3 ° This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
