I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 93, DE 2003

Aproof the act that renews the concession of RADIO CLUB MARCONI LTDA. to explore medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Paraguazu Paulista, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / n ° of February 9, 1998, which renews for ten years, from 1 ° May 1994, the concession of Radio Club Marconi Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Paraguazu Paulista, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
