I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 391, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO CLUB DE BAGÉ LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in medium-sized local wavelength in the city of Bagé, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 199 of February 25, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of October 6, 1996, the permission given to the Radio Club of Bagé Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound-broadcasting service in medium-sized local wavelength in the city of Bagé, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
