DECREE OF February 27, 2009.

Outorga grant to the Company of Broadcasting Alfa Centauro Ltda., to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the Municipality of Pqueen, State of Pará.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 223, caput, of the Constitution, and 34, § 1^o, of Law n^o 4,117, of August 27, 1962, and in view of the provisions of art. 29 of the Regulation of Broadcasting Services, approved by Decree n^o 52,795 of October 31, 1963, and what is contained in Process No. 53720.000490/2001, Competition n^o 058 /2001-SSR/MC,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It gets outwarded concession to the Alfa Centauro Broadcasting Company Ltda., to explore, by the ten-year period without the right of exclusivity, medium wave sound broadcasting service, in the Municipality of Pqueen, State of Pará.

Art. 2^the The concession ora outored shall be governed by the Brazilian Code of Telecommunication, subsequent laws, regulations and obligations assumed by the outord.

Art. 3^o This act will only produce legal effects after deliberation of Congress National, pursuant to § 3^the of art. 223 of the Constitution

Art. 4^o The contract arising from this concession must be signed within sixty days, from the date of publication of the deliberation that it treats art. 3^o.

Art. 5^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
