DECREE OF March 4, 2010.

Renew the concession outored to Radio Culture of Maringá Ltda., to explore sound broadcasting service in medium waves, without a right of exclusivity, in the Municipality of Maringá, State of Paraná.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 223, caput, of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 6th of Law No 5,785 of June 23, 1972 and 6th, inciso I, of the Decree No 88,066 of January 26, 1983, and in view of what is stated in the Administrative Process at 53000.008103 /2003-35,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st gets renovated, according to art. 33, § 3º, of Law No. 4,117 of August 27, 1962, for ten years, from 1º November 2003, the concession given to Radio Culture of Maringá Ltda. by the Decree No 38,070 of October 12, 1955, renewed by the Decree of November 4, 1994, published in the Official Journal of the Union on November 7, 1994, approved by Legislative Decree no 162 of November 30, 1995, to explore, without right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in medium waves, in the Municipality of Maringá, State of Paraná.

Single Paragraph. The refurbished concession shall be governed by the Brazilian Code of Telecommunications, subsequent laws, regulations and obligations assumed by the outord.

Art. 2nd This act will only produce legal effects after deliberation of the National Congress, in the terms of § 3º of the art. 223 of the Constitution

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
