I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 379, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO CULTURE OF JOINVILLE LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Joinville, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 269 of March 19, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of July 7, 1996, the permission given to the Radio Culture of Joinville Ltda. to explore, without the right to exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Joinville, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
