I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 278, DE 2004

Approves the act renewing the concession of RADIO SOCIETY TIP PORAN LTDA. to explore medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of Ponta Porã, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of May 12, 1997, which renews, as of March 25, 1995, the concession of the Radio Tip Poran Society Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Ponta Porã, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
