DECREE OF September 10, 2013

Authorizes the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro to declare of public utility, for the purposes of dispropriation, the useful domain of urban real estate belonging to the Docas Company of Rio de Janeiro S.A., intended for the deployment of the urbanization of the area port, in the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, and gives other arrangements.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso II, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 2º, § 3º, and 5º, caput, paragraph "i", of Decree-Law No. 3,365 of June 21, 1941,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is authorized the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, to declare of public utility, for the purposes of dispropriation, the useful domain, the acquisition rights and the benefits of real estate or the urban land of title of the Company Docas of Rio de Janeiro S.A., situated in the following addresses: Avenida Francisco Bicalho, 49, Rio de Janeiro-RJ, described in Registration No. 68592 ; Avenida Venezuela, 194 a 224, Rio de Janeiro-RJ, described in Registration No. 48,735 ; Avenida Venezuela, 232 a 264, Rio de January-RJ, described in Registration No. 48,736 ; Av. Art. 2º The direct domain of real estate to be declared of public utility will be maintained with the Union for legal purposes

Art. 3º The real estate object of the authorization for dispossession that it treats this Decree is intended for the deployment of the project of revitalization and urbanization of the port area of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 4º It shall be for the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro to bear the costs arising from the implementation of the provisions of this Decree and with the administrative arrangements laid down in Decree-Law No. 9,760 of September 5, 1946, before the Office of Heritage of the Joining and registration of competent real estate.

Art. 5º The deadline for effecting the dispossession is thirty months, counted from the date of publication of this Decree, an extension for equal period.

Art. 6º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
