DECREE OF October 24, 2005.

It gives new essay to the inciso V of the art. 1st Decree of December 8, 2004, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplementary Law no 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act No 4,504 of November 30, 1964 and 2nd of the Act No 8,629 of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The inciso V of the art. 1st of the Decree of December 8, 2004, published in the Official Journal of the Union of December 9, 2004, Section 1, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate that it mentions, passes vigorously with the following essay:

"V-" Fazenda São Fernando ", with area of two thousand, four hundred and sixty-nine hectares and ninety-four airs, situated in the Municipality of Valencia, object of the Matricles in the 245, fls. 146v, Book 2-B ; 444, fls. 49, Book 2-C ; and 970, fls. 29, Book 2-I, of the Estate Registration Office of the 3rd Oftice of the Comarca of Valencia, State of Rio de Janeiro (Process INCRA/SR-07/no 54180.002303 /2003-76). Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
