I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 255, DE 2006

Approves the act that authorizes BEIJI SPORT CLUB-PEC to run community broadcasting service in the city of Little, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 2,952 of December 18, 2002, amended by Portaria No. 619 of December 9, 2003, which authorizes the Small Sport Club-PEC to run, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Small, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
