DECREE OF March 30, 2010.

Renova the concession outored to Television Lages Ltda., to explore broadcasting service of sounds and images, without a right of exclusivity, in the Municipality of Lages, State of Santa Catarina.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 223, caput, of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 6th of the Law No 5,785 of June 23, 1972 and 6th, inciso I, of Decree No 88,066 of January 26, 1983, and in view of what is stated in Administrative Procedure No 53000.050929/2007,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st gets renovated, according to art. 33, § 3º, of Law No. 4,117 of August 27, 1962, for fifteen years, as of December 9, 2007, the concession awarded to Television Lages Ltda. by Decree No 80,562 of October 13, 1977, renewed by the Decree of August 31, 1994, published in the Official Journal of the Union of Day 1st September 1994, approved by Legislative Decree no 218 of August 27, 2008, to explore, without right of exclusivity, speech broadcasting service of sounds and images, in the Municipality of Lages, State of Santa Catarina.

Single Paragraph. The refurbished concession shall be governed by the Brazilian Code of Telecommunications, subsequent laws, regulations and obligations assumed by the outord.

Art. 2nd This act will only produce legal effects after deliberation of the National Congress, pursuant to § 3º of the art. 223 of the Constitution

Art. 3rd This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
