DECREE OF October 26, 2004

Cancel budget allocations approved by Law No. 10,958 of October 6, 2004, in favor of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the determination contained in art. 5º, § 2º, of Law No. 10,933 of August 11, 2004,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º Stay cancelled the budget allocations set out in Annex I to Law No. 10,958 of October 6, 2004.

Art. 2º As a result of the cancellation effected in the form of the art. 1º, the budgetary allocations set out in Annexes II and III of Law No 10,958 of 2004 shall be reinstated.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
