DECREE NO 6,027, DE January 22, 2007.

Changes the Functions Quantitative Commissioned by the Central Bank-FCBC, provided for in Annex IV to the Act no 9,650 of May 27, 1998.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, point?a?, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of § 6th of the art. 12 of Law No 9,650 of May 27, 1998,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Quantitative Functions of Central-FCBC Commissioned Functions, provided in Annex IV of the Law No 9,650 of May 27, 1998, of the framework Direction / Advisor, with the fixation set out by the Law No 11,344 of September 8, 2006, they pass the setting laid down in the Annex to this Decree.

Art. 2nd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art. 3rd Stay revoked the Decree no 4,148, February 28, 2002.
